Supplier Relationship Manager

What you will do

• Source new suppliers through industry events and online channels, identifying leading factories for relevant products.
• Introduce suppliers to the service and establish ongoing communication channels.
• Collect and maintain basic factory information using standardized templates.
• Manage supplier performance, contracts, policy compliance, claims, and daily business operations.
• Analyze market trends, review supplier performance, and optimize the supplier base.
• Centralize orders with strategic suppliers.

Requirements

• Existing supplier network for related products.
• Experience sourcing suppliers through multiple channels.
• Knowledge of export trade payment terms, Incoterms, related production processes, product costs, and key cost factors.
• Strong communication, project management, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to speak and write in English.
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, filters, conditional formatting, and pivot tables.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI and SQL.
• Knowledge of relevant raw materials and accessories.
• Experience conducting new factory audits.
