Operations Strategy Manager (Supplier Management)

What you will do

• Own strategic relationships with selected third-party logistics partners across Germany.
• Lead local supplier processes, including sourcing, contract and pricing negotiations, onboarding, performance monitoring, and follow-up.
• Design and drive continuous performance reviews, respond to performance issues, and turn data into improvement insights.
• Work with Fleet Managers and Market Development to define city-specific logistics strategies aligned with local needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning and execution for city launches with local and central stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience managing external partners, suppliers, or vendors.
• Professional fluency in English and professional working proficiency in German.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to evaluate results, communicate insights clearly, and coordinate next steps with diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with pricing negotiations.
• Relevant transferable skills from adjacent experience.
