Senior Project Manager - Internal Medicine

Location: Remote or office-based in Sofia, Prague, Budapest, Warsaw, Lisbon, Bucharest, Johannesburg, Tallinn, or Tbilisi.

• Develop and execute project plans to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the implementation of project activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and project scope.
• Manage day-to-day project and programme activities while coordinating competing priorities.
• Develop project documentation and reports with clear, actionable findings.
• Mentor team members and contribute to organizational growth through project leadership and strategic planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• Extensive project management experience with a proven record of leading projects in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring teams.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% as required.
