Project Manager, eCOA

What you will do

• Maintain and validate project scope, plans, schedules, success metrics, delivery processes, and compliance standards.
• Act as the main client contact for live and maintenance eCOA studies.
• Lead weekly or bi-weekly client update meetings and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead system change efforts, including design calls, impact reviews, and communication of costs and timelines.
• Manage project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, study materials, and change orders.
• Track risks and trends, support quality investigations as the eCOA subject matter expert, and manage budgets and additional project scope.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of project management experience in digital health or software lifecycle and development.
• Good understanding of clinical research.
• Strong project management, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to drive discussions and determine solutions and next steps with stakeholders.

Nice to have

• eCOA experience.
