Project Manager, eCOA

Location: Home-based in the UK or South Africa; 10% travel to Investigator Meetings may be required.

What you will do

• Act as the primary client contact for live and maintenance eCOA studies.
• Lead weekly or bi-weekly client update meetings and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, plans, schedules, budgets, metrics, and additional work.
• Lead system change efforts, including design discussions, impact reviews, and communication of costs and timelines.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, study materials, and change orders.
• Track trends and risks and support quality investigations as the eCOA project subject matter expert.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of project management experience in digital health or software lifecycle/development.
• Good understanding of clinical research.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong project management, collaboration, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to drive client and stakeholder conversations and determine solutions or next steps.
• Must be based in the UK or South Africa; the role is not eligible for UK visa sponsorship.
