What you will do

• Lead and develop the GxA Specialty Engineering and Sub System Design unit, including three engineering managers.
• Manage the High Frequency Function, Information Assurance, and Environmental Engineering sections.
• Improve ways of working, processes, structure, and operational output.
• Influence the development and improvement of the Giraffe xA product portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with Product Units, Business Units, and Business Areas within hirify.global Surveillance.
• Coach and motivate employees toward strategic goals and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Management experience in design and change management.
• Genuine interest in complex technical product development and cooperation across sites.
• Leadership, collaboration, communication, and employee motivation skills.
• Structured, transparent, performance-driven approach to work.
• Professional or postgraduate qualification in a business-oriented or technical discipline.
• Ability to pass security vetting under applicable security protection regulations; additional citizenship obligations may apply if security clearance is required.
