Financial and Regulatory Reporting Consultant (IFRS and US)

Location: Miami, United States. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring employer sponsorship.

Annual base pay: $71,250–$122,500 USD.

What you will do

• Prepare accurate and timely IFRS, US, Head Office, ECB, SEC, and banking regulatory reports.
• Calculate monthly US and ECB risk-weighted assets and regulatory capital for management reporting.
• Participate in reporting-system automation, upgrades, migrations, data mapping, and Excel documentation improvements.
• Maintain regulatory reporting applications and technical knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, products, and reporting tools.
• Document policies, procedures, controls, EUA processes, and regulatory reporting documentation.
• Perform data extraction and validation, support audits and examinations, and coordinate with IT, Legal, Compliance, vendors, auditors, consultants, and regulators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, business administration, banking, or financial services.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting practices, US GAAP, IFRS, banking regulatory reporting, and regulatory reporting standards.
• Experience with regulatory reporting vendor solutions, Oracle, databases, Access, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel.
• Fluent Spanish and English are required.
• US work authorization without employer sponsorship is required.

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• CPA certification.
