Managed Services Operations Analyst (Financial Services)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $60,000–$75,000 annual base salary for Colorado-based employees; discretionary bonus and/or equity may also be available.

What you will do

• Input and maintain financial and accounting data in Black Diamond Trust.
• Process, review, and oversee cash and securities activity, including trade settlement, corporate actions, cash movement, and shadow posting.
• Complete daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual operational procedures, reconciliations, and documentation.
• Research client-reported issues, manage reconciliation outages, provide user support, and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Work with client relationship teams, vendors, and internal departments to resolve operational issues and support client needs.
• Manage assigned workflows, share lessons learned, and identify process improvements and efficiencies.

Requirements

• Experience in a deadline-driven operational environment with minimal supervision.
• Experience with security processing, publicly traded securities, cash processing, and funds movement deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly, create and follow prioritized workloads, and apply documented procedures.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Fort Worth, Texas.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of trust operations, financial markets, the securities industry, retirement, charitable giving, or banking.
• Experience with InnoTrust, Black Diamond, Advent ACD, or shadow posting.
• SQL knowledge.
