Senior Financial Analyst, GTM (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United States

Base salary: $100,000–$130,000 annually, depending on geographic market, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Develop financial models for revenue forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Improve forecast accuracy by explaining material variances and recommending actions related to revenue and expense drivers.
• Partner with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Customer Onboarding, and senior leadership on financial analysis, budgeting, and capital allocation.
• Provide data-driven insights and financial analysis to optimize GTM performance.
• Standardize processes and build scalable solutions to support business growth.
• Prepare materials for board meetings, investors, and internal reporting, and create KPIs to track financial objectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant FP&A experience at a high-growth software company and/or investment banking.
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to build robust financial models.
• Knowledge of SaaS business models and experience analyzing SaaS metrics.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with ambiguity, multiple priorities, and large datasets.
• Must be located in the United States for this remote position.

Nice to have

• SQL experience.
• Familiarity with NetSuite and Pigment.
