Salary: $110,000–$135,000 USD annualized

What you will do

• Research and analyze companies from financial, operational, competitive, and industry perspectives.
• Research industries and market data to support structured finance activities.
• Build complex financial models using Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare support documents and client presentation materials.
• Write offering memoranda and engagement letters.
• Perform transaction due diligence and ensure compliance with policy, legal, and federal regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience, training, military service, or education.
• 3+ years of experience in product development, product management, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software.
• Strong verbal, written, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and manage deadlines.
• Process-oriented approach, attention to detail, and strong aesthetic sensibility.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Established work history or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
