TL;DR
Manufacturing Line Planner (Automotive): Planning and implementing production concepts and capacities for automotive manufacturing lines with an accent on feasibility analysis, production technologies, and process transfers. Focus on optimizing line performance, managing deviations and corrective actions, and coordinating internal and external suppliers.

Location: Satu Mare, Romania; onsite work at the factory.

What you will do

  • Plan and implement production concepts according to project requirements, customer specifications, and applicable automotive standards.
  • Participate in projects and report activity status from project and management perspectives.
  • Conduct feasibility and risk analyses using FMEA and prepare documentation for existing and new projects.
  • Negotiate technology and specifications with internal and external suppliers.
  • Perform performance analyses using R@R, manage process transfers, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
  • Plan, monitor, and optimize production capacities on implemented production lines while introducing alternative concepts and innovations.

Requirements

  • University degree in a technical field.
  • Relevant experience planning and implementing production processes; automotive industry experience is an advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of production equipment and technologies.
  • Familiarity with automotive-specific tools including R@R, FMEA, and 5WHY.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to contribute to process optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.

Nice to have

  • SAP knowledge.
  • German language skills.
