Manufacturing Line Planner (Automotive)

Location: Satu Mare, Romania; factory-based role with willingness to travel required.

What you will do

• Plan and implement production concepts based on project requirements, customer specifications, and applicable automotive standards.
• Participate in projects and report activity status from project and management perspectives.
• Conduct feasibility and risk analyses using FMEA and prepare documentation for existing and new projects.
• Coordinate and negotiate with internal and external suppliers on production technology and specifications.
• Perform R@R analyses, manage process transfers, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Plan, monitor, and optimize production capacity while introducing alternative concepts and process innovations.

Requirements

• University degree in a technical field.
• Relevant experience planning and implementing production processes; automotive experience is advantageous.
• Solid knowledge of production equipment and technologies.
• Familiarity with automotive tools including R@R, FMEA, and 5WHY.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
• Advanced English skills required; willingness to travel and strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
