Account Manager Industrial Application

Location: Home based in Italy; fully remote. Readiness for business trips of approximately 40% of working hours is required.

What you will do

• Manage sales of industrial lubricant additives, coatings, automotive and heat transfer fluids, and special solvents in Italy.
• Implement and execute the regional sales strategy.
• Identify and develop new customers, applications, and portfolio uses.
• Manage the direct sales channel and provide country-level training and support to distributors.
• Develop regional and key accounts, lead negotiations, and increase market share.
• Prepare commercial offers and deliver sales and profitability targets.

Requirements

• At least four years of commercial experience selling chemical specialties.
• Knowledge of chemical production, technical applications, and core sales practices.
• Excellent communication and advanced negotiation skills.
• Understanding of research, application development, marketing, and sales.
• Project management skills and the ability to manage priorities independently.
• English at B2 level and Italian at C1 level are required.
