Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote).

What you will do
- Advise and support top-performing sellers throughout their entire journey.
- Optimize performance for tier-one sellers to unlock full sales potential.
- Convert free trial users into paid packages by demonstrating product value.
- Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities to increase customer profitability.
- Maintain accurate records and interactions within Salesforce CRM.
- Represent the company at professional events and contribute to new feature rollouts.
Requirements
- Italian: Native or near-native proficiency required.
- English: C1 proficiency required.
- Strong communication and client engagement skills.
- Experience in sales or e-commerce is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work from the Warsaw office 3 days per week.
- Skilled in negotiation or a strong desire to develop this capability.
