Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

TL;DR

Program Manager (Cybersecurity): Owning interconnected IT workstreams and enterprise programs with an accent on portfolio coordination, governance, change management, and executive reporting. Location: Remote within the United States nationwide; annual travel may be required for internal training, team meetings, strategy sessions, and client or business needs.

What you will do

• Lead multiple interconnected workstreams from initiation through close, managing dependencies, risks, issues, resources, scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business units and provide program-level reporting and decision support to PMO, senior, and executive leadership.
• Assess change impacts and create change management plans covering communications, training, support, timelines, budgets, and adoption metrics.
• Partner with functional stakeholders to execute change initiatives and drive adoption across the firm.
• Build dashboards and reporting for program and portfolio visibility and promote effective use of project management tools.
• Mentor Project Managers and Project Coordinators while contributing to PMO methodology and process improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project or program management experience, including concurrent management of interconnected or large-scale initiatives.
• Experience creating and leading enterprise change management plans covering communications, training, and adoption measurement.
• Experience managing IT-related projects using waterfall, agile, or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Strong portfolio management, cross-functional coordination, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience building dashboards and using project management platforms, including Excel, Word, Wrike, and JIRA or comparable tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent directly related experience; U.S. work location required.

Nice to have

• PMP or PgMP certification.
• Experience mentoring or informally guiding project management staff.
