Senior Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Own product delivery across requirements, design, development, testing, and release for cloud and appliance-based product lines.
• Coordinate Engineering, Product, Threat Research, Operations, and Customer Support across multi-team programs.
• Align multiple Agile teams, manage cross-team dependencies, and maintain a consistent program delivery rhythm.
• Lead strategic planning and simultaneous end-to-end delivery for multiple programs.
• Manage risks, blockers, scope changes, and shifting priorities while keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Provide clear program updates to senior leadership and executive sponsors, and mentor intermediate program managers.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of program management experience in a software or product engineering organization.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and technical delivery.
• Experience coordinating multiple Agile teams at scale, including scaled Agile frameworks and Scrum of Scrums.
• Strong influencing, relationship-building, and communication skills across engineering, product, and leadership teams.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, dashboards, and program metrics.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities with sound judgment.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud SaaS delivery, appliance-based release cycles, or cybersecurity products.
