Program Leader (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the PartnerTrust Partner Program.
• Operationalize program structures, requirements, incentives, roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and status reporting.
• Coordinate workstreams across Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Product, Operations, Customer Success, and RevOps.
• Own onboarding, intake, agreement, contract, and compliance workflows while reducing bottlenecks.
• Improve supporting infrastructure, including portals, systems, help desk processes, SLAs, and operational tools.
• Track KPIs, risks, issues, escalations, and program health, presenting updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or a related field, preferably in technology or SaaS.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs from initiation through completion.
• Ability to operationalize multi-stakeholder processes and drive execution without direct authority.
• Experience with agreement and contract workflows, Legal and Finance collaboration, and compliance tracking.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise software.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, change management, or organizational readiness initiatives.
• Experience with DocuSign, partner relationship management portals, Power BI, or Tableau.
• PMP, PgMP, similar certification, or an MBA.
