Engineering Manager – BVP Test (QA Testing)

Location: On-site at the Lund headquarters, Sweden

What you will do

• Lead a team of 11 test engineers and support their daily work and development.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including test strategy, competencies, processes, and tools.
• Coordinate with QA managers and teams across Axis to share knowledge and improve ways of working.
• Collaborate with R&D counterparts on project plans, new technologies, and resource needs.
• Handle salary setting, budgeting, and recruitment responsibilities.

Requirements

• Technical M.Sc., B.Sc., or equivalent degree.
• Experience in technical leadership, people management, coaching, and team development.
• Relevant professional experience in testing.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Swedish.
• Availability to work on-site at the Lund headquarters.

Nice to have

• Experience with embedded products combining hardware and software.
• Experience or strong interest in using AI for testing activities.
