Service Team Leader Nordics (Gothenburg, Sweden)

Location: On-site in Gothenburg, Sweden, with travel within Sweden and Norway for approximately one week per month.

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day activities of seven Field Service Engineers across Sweden and Norway.
• Organize work schedules and ensure engineers have the parts, information, and support required to complete service jobs.
• Handle customer queries and escalations, coordinating service visits when needed.
• Review and approve service quotes and verify the technical viability of commercial proposals.
• Identify opportunities for contract renewals, service growth, and customer-site training.
• Track service KPIs and country-level revenue targets while coaching the team toward improved performance.

Requirements

• Significant field service or technical service experience.
• Strong technical background covering mechanical and electrical disciplines.
• Experience with service planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Experience managing On-Time Delivery, First Time Fix Rate, and First Time Install Rate KPIs.
• Working proficiency in English.
• Ability to work on-site in Gothenburg, Sweden and travel within Sweden and Norway.
