Senior Solution Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid remote policy with the possibility to work from home 2 days per week

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives throughout the pre-sales journey, from discovery to technical win, technical qualification, and enterprise due diligence.
• Lead workshops, tailored demos, focused proofs of concept, and technical objection handling to demonstrate business value.
• Design end-to-end solutions by mapping payment flows, onboarding journeys, APIs, integration dependencies, architecture, trade-offs, and phased implementation options.
• Identify compliance and operational questions, work with Compliance on frameworks and controls, and translate validated guidance into clear prospect solutions.
• Scope custom solutions, distinguish existing capabilities from product gaps and operational changes, and maintain continuity through delivery handover.
• Create reusable solution templates, demo scripts, FAQs, use-case guidance, enablement sessions, and commercially grounded Product feedback.

Requirements

• Experience helping win complex enterprise deals in a customer-facing technical role by connecting product capabilities to business value.
• Experience in fintech, payments, embedded banking, or a related financial-services environment, with confidence using APIs and designing integrations.
• Ability to lead discovery with business and technical stakeholders, explain trade-offs clearly, and communicate confidently in English.
• Ability to surface compliance and operational questions early, involve the right experts, and avoid overpromising.
• Ability to coordinate work across teams, clarify responsibilities, follow through, take ownership, and apply sound judgment.
• Empathetic, skilled, frank, and comfortable challenging colleagues constructively while leaving egos at the door.

Hiring process

• 30-minute call with the Talent Acquisition Manager.
• One-hour interview with the Head of Partner Delivery.
• Take-home case study with presentation and peer interview, followed by a final round with the Chief Product Officer.
