Program Protection Lead (Defense Security)

What you will do

• Implement and support information, personnel, industrial, operations, resource, force protection, and anti-terrorism security programs for the F-35 WJ Directorate.
• Protect sensitive and classified information across collateral, SAP, SCI, Secret, and Top Secret environments.
• Develop and maintain Program Protection Plans, Security Classification Guides, Program Security Directives, Threat Assessment and Control Plans, Security CONOPS, and related documentation.
• Identify critical program information, analyze threats and vulnerabilities, and recommend physical security, detection, anti-tamper, and other cost-effective countermeasures.
• Manage SAP facility administration, access requests, accreditation support, self-inspections, secure facility operations, classified-area checks, and COMSEC activities.
• Advise government security leads, working groups, IPTs, program offices, contractors, and subcontractors on security requirements, DD Form 254 coordination, and compliance.

Requirements

• Must have an active or current Top Secret security clearance and maintain the required clearance throughout the contract period.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field with at least three years of relevant experience, including three years in DoW/DoD; alternatively, seven years of directly related experience with required certifications, including five years in DoW/DoD.
• At least eight years of recent experience performing similar work, including collateral classified activities, acknowledged and unacknowledged SAPs, and SSE anti-tamper requirements.
• Experience with DoW/DoD security functions and the ability to perform complex security analysis and support tasks.
• Level 1 certification in the Defense Security Service Security Professional Education Development Program, or current DSS training covering information, personnel, industrial, and physical security programs.
• Additional eligibility and access may be required for SAP, SCI, or other sensitive program information, including completion of applicable Program Access Requests.
