Program Security Representative (PSR) III (Cybersecurity)

Location: Onsite in Mascoutah, Illinois, United States; 10–25% travel required

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day multi-discipline security support for customer Special Access Programs, SCI, and collateral activities.
• Ensure compliance with NISPOM, DoD, DCID, ICD, and SAP security policies.
• Develop and execute procedures for safeguarding classified and sensitive information.
• Assess vulnerabilities, threats, risks, and security-procedure shortfalls, then recommend improvements.
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews, track corrective actions, and oversee contractor and subordinate facilities.
• Investigate potential loss or compromise of classified information and provide leadership, mentoring, and security briefings.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required.
• TS/SCI clearance required to start; must be able to attain TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
• 10+ years of related experience, including at least 2 years of SAP experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area, or an equivalent combination of an associate degree and experience.
• Knowledge of physical security, program security, and security management.
• SFPC and SPSC certifications may count toward experience requirements within the stated limits.
