Location: Onsite in Dayton, Ohio, United States

Salary: $94,520–$127,880 per year, depending on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements.

What you will do

  • Provide day-to-day multidisciplinary security support for Special Access Programs, Sensitive Compartmented Information, and collateral activities.
  • Develop, implement, and improve policies and procedures for safeguarding classified and sensitive information in accordance with NISPOM, DoD, SAP, SCI, and related security requirements.
  • Identify vulnerabilities, threats, risks, and procedural shortfalls across testing, training, and operational activities.
  • Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-up reviews, close-outs, and corrective-action tracking.
  • Investigate losses, compromises, or suspected compromises of classified information and prepare preliminary inquiries and damage assessments.
  • Deliver security briefings and training, support Operations Security programs, and coordinate lessons learned with SAP security personnel.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance required to start.
  • Must be able to attain TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph.
  • At least 8 years of related experience or equivalent experience.
  • Special Access Program experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related area, an associate’s degree plus 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience; SFPC and SPSC certifications may count toward experience requirements.

Nice to have

  • Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC).
  • Special Program Security Certification (SPSC).
  • GSEC, CCNA, or GICSP certification.
