Site Security Manager II (Cybersecurity)

Location: Onsite in Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States. U.S. citizenship required; 10–25% travel required.

Salary: $95,285–$128,915 per year.

What you will do

• Manage security requirements for project planning, facility design, and construction activities.
• Develop Concept Validation Requests, Construction Security Plans, facility checklists, TEMPEST documentation, standard operating procedures, and accreditation materials.
• Conduct security inspections, document violations or deviations, and notify the Accrediting Official within required timeframes.
• Coordinate with construction firms, project managers, designers, supported commands, and Accrediting Officials to secure sites, materials, equipment, and access.
• Evaluate SCIF and Special Access Program Facility spaces for threats, vulnerabilities, and required physical and technical countermeasures.
• Provide security staff oversight, mentoring, briefings, technical writing, and compliance recommendations.

Requirements

• Top Secret/SCI clearance required; willingness to obtain a CI polygraph.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• At least 3 years of related experience in physical security, personnel management, construction management, or a related area.
• SAP experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is desired; education and SPeD certifications may count toward experience equivalents, subject to stated limits.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, walk long distances, and use stairs.

Nice to have

• SPeD certifications or credentials such as SFPC, SAPPC, SPSC, SPIPC, PSC, ISOC, or ATC.
