Process Support Engineer (Entry-level) (Semiconductor)

Location: Singapore; East/North, based at the customer's site with daily cleanroom presence

What you will do

• Provide on-site customer support through equipment installation, system diagnosis, service, and repair.
• Collaborate with customers and R&D teams to develop processes for advanced semiconductor chip manufacturing.
• Design hypothesis experiments and design of experiments, analyze data statistically, and prepare technical reports.
• Troubleshoot complex process and product issues, perform root cause analyses, and implement solutions.
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to build consensus, trust, and effective resolutions.
• Apply developing knowledge of company processes and customer requirements to analyze problems and possible solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics, or a related field.
• Less than one year of experience in the semiconductor fabrication or equipment industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain sensitive information and build consensus.
• Ability to work with the customer at the customer’s site and in a cleanroom daily.
