What you will do

• Support Front End processes and production during disc manufacturing to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Implement and maintain effective process controls to ensure product compliance.
• Conduct experiments focused on yield improvement and process enhancement.
• Troubleshoot and perform process qualification for Front End equipment.
• Monitor, audit, and provide technical assistance to line operators and engineering personnel.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, or a related Engineering field.
• Willingness to work in a clean room environment.
• Ability to work a 12-hour night shift pattern (7:30 PM to 7:45 AM).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, self-motivated working attitude.
