Engineer, Process Engineering (Lithography)

What you will do

• Sustain, optimize, and develop photolithography processes in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Monitor SPC/ESPC charts, investigate out-of-control and out-of-specification events, and analyze CD and overlay performance.
• Optimize photoresist coating, baking, exposure, post-exposure bake, and development processes.
• Manage and tune ASML and Nikon stepper/scanner tools, including tool matching, focus-exposure matrices, and alignment strategies.
• Run design-of-experiments and split-lot analyses using JMP, Klarity ACE, and other statistical tools.
• Lead cross-functional resolution of lithography defects and yield excursions, supporting technology transfers, NPI, ramp-up, and corrective/preventive actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Microelectronics Engineering.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor wafer process engineering.
• Experience with problem identification, assessment, and resolution.
• Ability to work normal or swing shifts, including a 12-hour rotating shift when required.
• Ability to follow environmental, health, safety, and security programs and quality standards including TS16949.
