What you will do
- Serve as the CFM shift leader and monitor airborne particle, airborne molecular contamination, humidity, and temperature systems.
- Respond to contamination alarms, escalate events, and conduct environmental surveillance to identify abnormal trends.
- Investigate contamination incidents, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions with Facilities, Process, Equipment, and Chemical Laboratory teams.
- Analyze SPC charts, baseline trends, dashboards, and monitoring data to support contamination risk mitigation.
- Coordinate calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for CFM monitoring systems and environmental sensors.
- Lead and coach CFM technicians and operators, support material outgassing certification, and contribute to automation, digitalization, AI-driven monitoring, and operational improvement.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Microelectronics Engineering.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Ability to work a 12-hour rotating day/night shift schedule.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, reporting, and continuous improvement skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Good team player with the ability to guide and support technicians and operators.
