What you will do

• Provide engineering support for semiconductor process operations.
• Oversee and guide manufacturing activities to meet cycle time, throughput, prototype success, and shipment targets.
• Support automated assembly tools and maintain accurate assumptions, constraints, and UPH data for capacity modeling.
• Drive improvements in manufacturing efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Follow Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security requirements and collaborate on additional projects as needed.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or higher.
• Understanding of manufacturing principles, equipment interaction, and process discipline in a semiconductor fab environment.
• Familiarity with data analysis, root cause analysis, SPC, and standard engineering problem-solving methods.
• Ability to work effectively with manufacturing, operations, and module teams on production and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Good communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders on the fab floor.
