What you will do

• Develop and modify CMP process formulations, methods, and controls to meet quality standards.
• Create, analyze, and review technical charts.
• Establish standard operating procedures and FMEA documentation for related processes.
• Review product development requirements for processing compatibility, costs, and schedules.
• Integrate equipment and material capabilities with process module and technology specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Microelectronics Engineering.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in semiconductor wafer process engineering.
• Proven ability to identify, assess, and solve problems.
• Availability to work normal and swing shifts.
• Ability to follow Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security requirements.
