Company

hirify.global develops cybersecurity and application delivery solutions that help organizations create, secure, and operate digital applications.

What you will do

  • Engineer, build, operate, and improve network services across global data centers, cloud platforms, product connectivity, and FedRAMP-authorized environments.
  • Design and optimize global IP backbone routing, including BGP, OSPF, route propagation, redundancy, traffic engineering, and highly available L3 topologies.
  • Implement hybrid and cloud-native networking across AWS, Azure, and GCP using Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, VPN, Transit Gateway, Virtual WAN, and cloud router technologies.
  • Develop automation and CI/CD pipelines for provisioning, configuration, compliance validation, evidence collection, and safe rollback using Python, Ansible/AWX, and Git.
  • Lead network operations, incident response, migrations, upgrades, vulnerability remediation, capacity planning, vendor management, and audit readiness.
  • Create runbooks, architecture diagrams, FedRAMP boundary documentation, troubleshooting guides, and mentor engineers through technical deep dives and post-incident reviews.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of network engineering experience in large-scale, multi-region, and global routing environments.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with BGP and OSPF, traffic engineering, multi-vendor interoperability, and complex routing and TCP/IP troubleshooting.
  • Strong operational and engineering experience with JunOS, preferably MX, QFX, and SRX.
  • Experience with hybrid cloud networking across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
  • Hands-on automation experience with Python, Ansible/AWX, configuration templating, Git workflows, and automated testing and validation pipelines.
  • Experience supporting FedRAMP Moderate or High environments is strongly preferred. Knowledge of network security controls, segmentation, encryption, logging, firewalls, VPNs, DDoS mitigation, IDS/IPS, and NIST 800-53 frameworks is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with EOS, NX-OS, or IOS-XE.
  • Experience evaluating network technologies for FedRAMP eligibility, automation compatibility, resiliency, and cost-effectiveness.

Culture & Benefits

  • Collaborative work across Architecture, Product, Security, Compliance, Operations, Build, and Engineering teams.
  • Ownership of meaningful technical problems from design through delivery and operation.
  • Emphasis on respectful collaboration, inclusion, mentoring, and a positive engineering culture.
  • Benefits and potential incentive compensation, bonuses, restricted stock units, and other employee benefits.
