About the Role

You will conduct due diligence on potential investment banking opportunities through financial valuation and market sizing analyses. You will research FinTech trends and transactions publish reports create client-facing materials and support business development discussions with senior executives and investors.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or Master student graduating by June 2027
• Minimum 3.40 cumulative GPA
• Strong interest in financial analysis research and FinTech
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
• Strong data management and research skills
• Permanent U.S. work authorization
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work directly with C-Suite professionals

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial valuation and market sizing analyses
• Meet with founders investors and finance executives to understand strategic and capital needs
• Use proprietary databases and alternative data to identify emerging FinTech trends
• Research M&A and private capital raising transactions
• Publish reports on market trends and transactions
• Develop client-facing pitches and investment analyses
• Assist with business development strategies and executive-level dialogue
