Salary: $146,200 – $233,700 USD per year

What you will do

• Support growth strategy through the identification and execution of potential mergers, acquisitions, investments, and joint ventures.
• Conduct rigorous financial valuation and business case modeling to provide guidance on potential acquisitions.
• Research fintech industry trends and synthesize findings into data-grounded strategic points of view.
• Manage detailed diligence processes, partnering with internal colleagues and external advisors.
• Prepare presentations for senior leadership that convey clear narratives and outline strategic trade-offs.
• Maintain global industry engagement and deal relationships with investment banking, PE, and VC firms.

Requirements

• U.S. Applicants Only.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years with an Advanced degree (MBA, JD, etc.).
• Experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or strategy consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, specifically in financial and valuation analyses.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders.
