About the Role

You will manage key enterprise merchant relationships across industries and channels. You will drive growth through share-of-wallet expansion, cross-selling, and upselling while providing payments expertise and guidance. You will assess customer needs, coordinate internal projects, and collaborate with colleagues across the organization.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience managing enterprise-level clients
• Experience winning share-of-wallet, cross-selling, and upselling deals
• Excellent project management skills
• Commercial acumen and entrepreneurial drive
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work with global multicultural colleagues
• Understanding of payments is a plus
• Experience working with startups and development teams is a plus
• Travel of approximately 10% is required
