What you will do

  • Lead strategic oversight and planning for the full client lifecycle from implementation to renewal.
  • Forge enduring relationships with stakeholders ranging from daily users to C-suite executives.
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop account plans and drive revenue expansion.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and R&D teams to advocate for client needs.
  • Identify and resolve functional or workflow obstacles to increase platform adoption.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in client-facing or strategy roles within wealth management, private banking, or similar large enterprises.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex enterprise relationships.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Deep knowledge of front, middle, and back office operations in wealth management.
  • Valid authorization to work in Singapore is required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
