Account Management Associate (Logistics)

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Build long-term client relationships and manage stakeholder communication.
• Resolve client issues and operational escalations with internal teams.
• Drive account retention and revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
• Prepare and present performance reports and shipping data, monitor service standards, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support new business development, product enhancements, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in account management or a client-facing role.
• Diploma in any field; a degree is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Business acumen with a focus on profitability, multitasking ability, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient spoken and written English.
