What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Manage and resolve client issues and escalations effectively.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling.
• Conduct regular Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Analyze shipping data and trends to identify service improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or a client-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Diploma in any field (Degree preferred).
• Strong business acumen with a focus on profitability.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
