Manager Parts Business (Steam Turbines)

What you will do

• Lead the Steam Turbines spare parts team in Finspång, with approximately 11 team members.
• Manage the full spare parts process from sales and quotation through order execution and delivery.
• Develop the global spare parts business for the Finspång steam turbine fleet using customer-focused KPIs.
• Coordinate spare parts matters with regional organizations, product competence centers, and internal functions.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, and Sales.
• Improve service operations through eCommerce, process automation, data improvements, and team development.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the rotating equipment industry, preferably in the energy sector.
• Experience developing and managing diverse teams.
• Overall understanding of turbine service operations, maintenance scope, and customer expectations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, problem-recognition, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders at different levels.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of spare parts business processes, IT systems, data, and automation.
