Global Head of Operational Technology (Industrial IoT) (OT, Automation, Cybersecurity): Shaping the global manufacturing technology landscape by developing OT strategy, standardizing automation and manufacturing systems, and strengthening production resilience with an accent on Industrial IoT, AI-driven manufacturing, OT cybersecurity, and Smart Manufacturing. Focus on governing global OT architecture, securing industrial systems under IEC 62443 and NIS2, and leading complex digitalization initiatives across international manufacturing sites.

What you will do
- Develop and implement a global OT strategy, standards, policies, and governance frameworks across manufacturing sites.
- Provide functional and disciplinary leadership for the Process Automation and Process Information teams.
- Advance OT cybersecurity architecture, vulnerability management, compliance, and resilience measures.
- Standardize automation systems, control technologies, industrial networks, and communication concepts based on Siemens technologies.
- Oversee the MES landscape and production-related information systems to support data-driven manufacturing.
- Coordinate OT risk assessments, audits, reporting, and mitigation initiatives with Global IT, Engineering, manufacturing sites, and external partners.
Requirements
- Degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
- Proven leadership and management experience in an international manufacturing company in the chemical industry.
- Extensive experience with industrial OT systems and automation technologies, including PLC, DCS, SCADA, and MES.
- Strong knowledge of OT cybersecurity, network security, vulnerability management, and backup and recovery concepts.
- Up-to-date knowledge of IEC 62443, NIS2, and related security and compliance frameworks.
- Fluent English is required; German and/or French skills are advantageous.

- Fluent German and/or French.
- Experience leading global transformation and digitalization initiatives with international and virtual teams.
