Team Manager (Composite Assembly)

What you will do

• Plan and oversee the Composite Assembly production team to support on-time deliveries.
• Coordinate with other production teams to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Ensure team members have the materials, information, and resources required for their work.
• Lead quality and production-efficiency improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Trade certificate or relevant higher education.
• Experience in composite production.
• Comfortable using ERP systems, Excel, and standard office software.
• Experience cooperating with other teams in complex production environments.
• Strong Norwegian and English language skills required.
• Structured, positive, solution-oriented, and able to prioritize in a hectic work environment.
