What you will do
- Define and execute the multi-year technology roadmap for manufacturing and supply chain systems.
- Own the strategy and lifecycle management of SAP ECC across production planning, materials management, sales and distribution, quality management, plant maintenance, and OTC integrations.
- Lead governance and integration for MES, WMS, TMS, SAP Ariba, SIOP planning tools, and shop-floor systems.
- Drive manufacturing digitization, master data governance, inventory optimization, procurement improvement, and logistics visibility.
- Ensure reliability, uptime, performance, change adoption, and continuous improvement across plant and warehouse environments.
- Build and lead ERP, manufacturing, OTC, product lifecycle management, and supply chain technology teams while managing system integrators, managed service providers, and vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Deep functional and technical expertise in SAP ECC and manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Experience implementing and optimizing MES, WMS, and TMS solutions in complex manufacturing environments.
- Experience enabling SIOP planning systems and integrating SAP Ariba with SAP ECC.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing costing, supply chain planning, inventory optimization, logistics execution, and multi-plant operations.
Nice to have
- MBA.
- 5+ years of ERP leadership in an organization executing acquisitions.
