Associate Manager ERP Package Applications (SAP S/4HANA)

What you will do

• Lead SAP FI and CO solution activities covering financial accounting, controlling, closing, and intercompany processes.
• Design and optimize SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, including Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and Financial Closing Cockpit.
• Support integration with MM, SD, PP, PS, and third-party applications.
• Gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, prepare functional specifications, and support UAT and defect resolution.
• Lead workshops, business discussions, stakeholder interactions, and user training.
• Manage offshore and onsite teams, mentor junior consultants, and support planning, estimations, and delivery governance.

Requirements

• Strong SAP FI and SAP CO functional expertise.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, including Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and Financial Closing Cockpit.
• Experience with ERP integration across MM, SD, PP, PS, and third-party interfaces.
• Experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, functional specifications, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Strong client stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead workshops and manage offshore and onsite delivery teams.

Nice to have

• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.
• Experience with global rollout projects.
• Experience with manufacturing and automotive industries.
• Knowledge of Group Reporting and Central Finance.
