Senior Manager, IT – Order to Bill S4 (SAP S/4HANA)

What you will do

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Order to Bill implementations, enhancements, and global transformation initiatives.
• Design and optimize end-to-end Order to Bill processes covering order management, pricing, credit management, ATP, fulfillment, delivery, billing, invoicing, returns, claims, EDI, e-invoicing, and SAP DRC.
• Define technology roadmaps and process improvement opportunities with business stakeholders.
• Manage large-scale projects and agile delivery teams within scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate SAP SD, Finance, Supply Chain, EDI, Middleware, and Master Data teams.
• Establish governance, testing, deployment, change management, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement practices while supporting AI-enabled automation.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in a lead role managing SAP Order to Bill functions.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects and deep expertise in SAP SD configuration and Order to Bill processes.
• Experience leading full-lifecycle SAP transformation programs in global environments.
• Project management and stakeholder management experience, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Experience managing global teams, consultants, vendors, and third-party implementation partners.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and business-to-technology translation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, or food and beverage.
• Knowledge of EDI, middleware, APIs, SAP Order Management solutions, FSCM, or Revenue Management.
• Exposure to AI-enabled business process automation and analytics platforms.
• SAP S/4HANA or related SAP certification.
