Specialist, H&B Customer Service Process/Systems (SAP OTC)

Location: Hybrid role based in Leiden, Netherlands

What you will do

• Serve as the regional and global subject matter expert for SAP Order to Cash systems.
• Provide advanced system support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate escalations for internal and external customers.
• Support new-client integrations, testing changes and validating that existing data and processes remain unaffected.
• Collaborate with customer service teams, other departments, and suppliers to identify business needs and deliver process enhancements.
• Maintain approval processes, business procedures, data integrity, and compliance as the OTC subject-matter gatekeeper.
• Document procedures, train colleagues and new hires, and drive continuous improvement through OTC KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• More than 3 years of experience in customer service or supply chain.
• Knowledge of SAP OTC and advanced knowledge of business processes and procedures.
• Strong business English communication skills required to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Project management, analytical, and quantitative skills.
• Collaborative mindset and cross-cultural awareness.

Nice to have

• SAP OTC training and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Six Sigma certification.
• APICS certification.
