TL;DR
SAP EWM Lead (SAP S/4HANA, EWM & PTP): Owning and stabilizing SAP EWM and PTP processes across the BeNe production landscape with an accent on incident management, process governance, and cross-functional stakeholder leadership. Focus on maintaining reliable warehouse and procure-to-pay operations, integrating surrounding systems, and identifying AI and automation opportunities for supply chain optimization.
Location: Cuijk, North Brabant, Netherlands, with occasional travel between sites in Belgium and the Netherlands.

What you will do
- Own the health, performance, and daily operational stability of SAP EWM and PTP processes across Belgium and the Netherlands.
- Lead incident and problem management, coordinating with key users, IT, and support partners to resolve issues sustainably.
- Govern change-request backlogs, releases, patches, and SAP updates while protecting solution integrity.
- Provide functional leadership within the BeNe Centre of Excellence and translate business requirements into sustainable SAP solutions.
- Maintain process design and documentation and coach key users on SAP best practices.
- Identify and support the implementation of AI- and automation-enabled improvements in SCM processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 8+ years of SAP experience, including hands-on ownership of SAP EWM and PTP/MM in a live post-go-live production environment.
- Required experience with SAP S/4HANA and strong knowledge of EWM and PTP/MM functionality.
- Good exposure to SD, TM, FICO, and surrounding interfaces such as WCS/WES, RF, EDI/IDoc, and 3PL integrations.
- Ability to lead process areas, influence stakeholders, explain technical solutions in business language, and troubleshoot system issues.
- Fluent English required; Dutch and/or French is advantageous. Willingness to travel occasionally between Belgium and the Netherlands is required.

- Ability to debug and read ABAP code.
- Experience applying AI and automation to supply chain processes.
