TL;DR

NetSuite Functional Consultant (ERP): Leading financial process transformations and implementing complex ERP solutions with an accent on financial module configuration and data migration strategy. Focus on driving business impact through full-cycle implementations, stakeholder management, and mentoring junior team members.

Location: Must be based in the Netherlands (Hybrid/Remote with 30% on-site travel required).

What you will do

  • Lead business process discovery, document current states, and design future-state solutions.
  • Configure NetSuite financial modules including GL, AP, AR, and intercompany accounting.
  • Architect data migration strategies and validate transformation rules.
  • Manage project governance, develop test plans, and lead user acceptance testing.
  • Deliver training programs and document best practices for clients.
  • Mentor junior team members and support go-live stabilization.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Netherlands.
  • 3+ years of NetSuite ERP experience.
  • Proven experience with 3+ full-cycle implementations.
  • Expertise in financial process configuration and enterprise software implementation.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Dutch language proficiency is preferred for client interaction.

Nice to have

  • NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant credential.
  • Experience with SuiteSuccess methodology.
  • Knowledge of SuiteProjects, ARM, or Subscription Management.
  • CPA or relevant bachelor degree.
