TL;DR
NetSuite Functional Consultant, Senior (NL) (NetSuite ERP and financial systems): Designing and implementing complex NetSuite financial solutions for client process transformations with an accent on financial module configuration, data migration, and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on leading full-cycle implementations, managing UAT and project governance, supporting go-live stabilization, and mentoring junior consultants.
Location: Netherlands (Remote); on-site travel required as needed, estimated at 30% of the time.

What you will do
- Lead business process discovery, document current-state processes, identify gaps, and design future-state solutions.
- Design and configure NetSuite financial modules, including GL, AP, AR, Consolidation, and Intercompany.
- Architect data migration strategies and validate data cleansing and transformation rules.
- Own project governance with support from a project manager, including test plans, UAT, scope deviations, risks, and timelines.
- Design and deliver training, document best practices, and mentor junior team members.
- Support go-live and post-implementation stabilization for 30–60 days.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of NetSuite ERP experience and 3 or more full-cycle implementations.
- Experience configuring financial processes such as GL, AR, AP, Consolidation, or Intercompany accounting.
- Background in enterprise software implementation, preferably in financial or accounting systems.
- Fluent English in written and verbal communication.
- Expertise in NetSuite financial module design and configuration, data migration architecture, and validation.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, manage complex projects independently, and work effectively with multicultural teams.
Nice to have
- Fluent Dutch for client interaction.
- NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant certification.
- Experience with SuiteSuccess, SuiteProjects, ARM, or Subscription Management configuration.
- System integration and architecture knowledge.
- CPA certification or a bachelor’s degree.
