Salesforce Functional Application Manager (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Implement and drive business adoption of the Salesforce Claims Module.
• Improve Salesforce governance, documentation, auditability, and control maturity.
• Achieve and maintain data quality, completeness, and user adoption targets.
• Provide stakeholders with clear visibility into system performance, risks, and priorities.
• Work across integrated application landscapes and data ecosystems to translate complex topics into practical solutions.
• Transfer knowledge effectively so a successor can independently perform the role.

Requirements

• Experience in insurance, reinsurance, or financial services environments.
• Knowledge of treaty management, premium administration, and/or claims processes.
• Proven experience with Salesforce implementations or significant platform enhancements.
• Experience designing and implementing governance and operating models.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and structured working skills.
• Availability for a freelance assignment of 28–36 hours per week through December 2027.
