QA Automation Engineer

Location: Hybrid in Porto or Lisbon, Portugal

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain automated tests for web applications.
• Apply Selenium or Cypress practices and commonly used testing modules.
• Validate client-side user actions and provide responsive feedback.
• Test REST services and microservice-based solutions.
• Write non-blocking code and apply advanced techniques such as multi-threading when needed.
• Collaborate within Agile software development processes using Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of professional experience as a QA Engineer.
• Solid understanding of automated testing.
• In-depth understanding of the web development lifecycle, including design, development, and deployment.
• Strong experience with Selenium or Cypress and related modules.
• Good knowledge of REST services and microservices.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
