Clinical Development Trial Lead (Clinical Trials)

Location: Remote within multiple US locations, including Blue Bell

What you will do

• Lead the cross-functional study team through the development, execution, and closure of local, regional, and global clinical trials.
• Define and monitor trial scope, milestones, deliverables, risks, contingency plans, and trial-level budgets.
• Coordinate investigator and affiliate training, investigator engagement meetings, vendors, affiliates, regions, and third-party organizations.
• Own regional enrollment strategy and execution from country allocation through Last Patient Entered Treatment.
• Serve as the central owner for trial communications and coordinate issue management and resolution across functions.
• Oversee the Trial Master File and ensure it remains current and inspection ready.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or university degree in a scientific or health-related field, or an advanced degree.
• At least 3 years of clinical research or relevant clinical trial experience, unless an advanced degree provides an alternative qualification.
• Experience applying clinical trial processes, regional operational knowledge, scientific expertise, and project management practices.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, solve problems, and manage ambiguity.
• Must be based in an eligible US location for the remote role.
