Salary: €81,120 – €121,680

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of new product development and sustaining engineering projects.
• Manage operational aspects including schedules, budgets, and status reporting to ensure project delivery.
• Facilitate requirements planning, elicitation, and management to align with stakeholder needs.
• Identify and resolve complex project issues to meet quality, productivity, and client-satisfaction goals.
• Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and business success.
• Mentor and coach lower-level professionals while directing project-related workstreams.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Athlone, Ireland.
• Baccalaureate degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 5+ years, or PhD with 3+ years.
• Proven experience leading large-scale product development projects in regulated industries.
• Strong influence management skills and ability to work in a global matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead effectively in ambiguous environments and drive strategic priorities.
