TIME Operations Manager

Location: Remote - Illinois

Salary: $65,000-$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Maintain and expand collaborations with pharmaceutical partners and CROs to support rapid study start-up.
• Oversee deliverables for assigned pharmaceutical clients, maintaining quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage studies across the TIME network from start-up through closure.
• Prepare a portfolio of trials for network sites using clinical trial development and study start-up expertise.
• Develop tactics, processes, tools, systems, and strategies to accelerate cancer clinical trials.
• Coordinate deliverables across site operations, medical affairs, pathology, bioinformatics, and data science teams while resolving study risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with complex clinical trials from a site, sponsor, or CRO perspective.
• Advanced knowledge of FDA regulations, GCP, study start-up, clinical trial agreements, trial budgets, IRB submissions, and pharmaceutical operations.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and process improvement skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Occasional travel is required and varies by project.
