Location: Southlake, Texas, United States; hybrid work with regular in-person collaboration

Salary: $44.86–$68.85 per hour, plus potential bonus or incentive opportunities

What you will do

• Design, implement, test, and support Salesforce components across the Sales and Service Technology portfolio.
• Configure and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, workflows, triggers, Process Builder, and batch processing.
• Develop and integrate Lightning Web Components.
• Build robust, fault-tolerant, continuously available web-based, distributed, and cloud applications.
• Collaborate with agile team members, business stakeholders, and technology counterparts across organizational boundaries.
• Support multiple projects while working independently and collaboratively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–4 years of Salesforce design and development experience across the full development and operational support lifecycle.
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration and administration, workflows, triggers, Process Builder, Visualforce, Apex coding, and batch processing.
• Experience developing and integrating Lightning Web Components.
• Knowledge of software design patterns.
• Experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams and across team boundaries.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Salesforce Communities and managed packages such as nCino, TaskRay, or Conga.
• Experience integrating SOAP and RESTful web services.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
